Butterfly Valves
The compact construction of butterfly valves makes them relatively lightweight and the streamlined shape of the butterfly gives them a large capacity. The limited number of parts makes them maintenance friendly and easy-to-use.
An additional characteristic of butterfly valves are the various different types of liner. For example, there are butterfly valves with a bonded or a replaceable rubber liner. In these cases, the medium only comes into contact with the lining and disc of the valve. This means the body can be manufactured from a less expensive material such as cast iron. For corrosive media, the lining can also be manufactured from PTFE.
Our range of butterfly valves can be modified or accessorised to customer’s exact specifications.
